Every 1st Thursday at 6:30 PM, The Chop Shop brings you the ultimate outlaw showdown. Race your custom pinewood car AND compete in our Knife Throwing Contest — all in one wild night of drinks, chaos, and bragging rights.

• $25 Entry → Includes Pint or NA Drink + Car Kit + Derby Racing + Knife Throwing Contest

• $20 Returning Racers → Bring back your outlaw car + includes pint + knife contest

🎯 Event Format

• Derby Racing – Outlaw cars go head-to-head on our 4-lane track.

• Knife Throwing Contest – Bracket-style knockout tourney.

• Final Awards – Fastest Car, Outlaw Spirit, Sharpest Thrower, and Garage Champion.

• 6:00 PM – Doors Open / Check-In

• 6:30 PM – Derby Heats Begin

• 7:30 PM – Knife Throwing Contest

• 8:30 PM – Finals & Awards

• 9:00 PM – Social / Open Track

• Derby = gravity-powered cars only (no motors, fire, or unsafe mods)

• Knives + targets provided by The Chop Shop
