Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with no fee. Six-month and annual passes are prepaid and non-refundable, but never auto-renew without notice.

Do my free hours roll over?
No. Your 3 free hours reset each month. Use them or lose them.

Can I bring guests?
Yes. Everyone you bring gets 15% off their session, every visit.

Does the membership cover my whole family?
Memberships are individual. Your three free hours are yours, and anyone you bring gets the 15% guest discount.

Yes. Members also get priority booking, including busy weekend slots.

What are member-only nights?
