SPACE & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
• Trailer Footprint is approximately 30' x 15' once disconnected from tow vehicle
• 14' Overhead Clearance to staging area
• All participants must follow safety instruction (Ages 8+)
• Weather contingency plan recommended for outdoor events

Social Mobile Event FAQs
How many people can participate? (2) Participants at a time rotate continuously throughout the event in supervised lanes.
How much space is required? We require approximately 45–50 feet of flat space to safely position the mobile trailer and manage rotation flow. We’re happy to review site photos in advance to confirm layout suitability.
Is the experience safe? Yes. Safety is managed by guide at all times. All participants receive instruction before throwing.
Do you carry insurance? Yes. We maintain full commercial general liability insurance coverage. Certificates of insurance can be provided upon request for corporate or venue requirements.
What happens in the case of bad weather? Light wind is typically manageable. In cases of unsafe conditions, we will coordinate directly with your event organizer to determine rescheduling or alternative solutions.
Is this suitable for mixed experience levels? Absolutely. We can accommodate ages 8+. Our format is designed for first-time participants and experienced throwers alike. Instruction is built into the rotation structure, ensuring a level playing field and positive experience for all skill levels.
How far in advance should we book? Prime dates — particularly during Q4 holiday season — book quickly. We recommend securing your date at least 4–6 weeks in advance when possible.
