Corporate Mobile Activation FAQs
How many participants can rotate through in three hours? Our structured tournament format allows up to 60 participants to rotate through efficiently within a 3-hour activation. Heats are organized in controlled 5–7 minute intervals to maintain flow and engagement without downtime.
How much space is required? We require approximately 45–50 feet of flat space to safely position the mobile trailer and manage rotation flow. We’re happy to review site photos in advance to confirm layout suitability.
Is the experience safe? Yes. Safety is professionally managed at all times. Every activation includes a dedicated safety lead, structured briefing, controlled rotations, and monitored throwing lanes. The format is organized to prevent congestion and ensure participant oversight.
Do you carry insurance? Yes. We maintain full commercial general liability insurance coverage. Certificates of insurance can be provided upon request for corporate or venue requirements.
What happens in the case of bad weather? For outdoor activations, we recommend a contingency plan in case of severe weather. Light wind is typically manageable. In cases of unsafe conditions, we will coordinate directly with your event organizer to determine rescheduling or alternative solutions.
Is this suitable for mixed experience levels? Absolutely. Our format is designed for first-time participants and experienced throwers alike. Instruction is built into the rotation structure, ensuring a level playing field and positive experience for all skill levels.

How is the event branded for our company? Each activation includes a branded display station featuring your company logo, custom event title slide, live leaderboard tracking, and a championship photo backdrop. This ensures the experience feels intentional and tailored to your organization.
How far in advance should we book? Prime dates — particularly during Q4 holiday season — book quickly. We recommend securing your date at least 4–6 weeks in advance when possible.
What makes this different from standard mobile axe throwing? Our corporate activation is built around structured tournament execution, professional hosting, and branded integration — not open, casual throwing. It is designed specifically for organized corporate environments.
